Dont feel silly, I Love John Ritter and it breaks my heart and my 12 yr old daughters to have lost such a wonderful man. I cried so hard when it showed the part where he was watching his TV daughters get into the car and it showed bits of his memory of his little one and her first time riding a bike, the look on his face was REAL!! You could tell that he was really feeling strong feelings towards his children and the TV children he had become bonded with. We have always loved his shows, all comedy and even a few suprise acting roles over the years. My daughter is 12 (as I already said) and she loves reruns of Three is Company and she is so sad over this loss. Even a 12 yr old child feels the pain and loss of such a wonderful man, he would have to have made a large impact (laughter, happiness) to a 12 yr old life inorder for them to take the death of a man she never knew on a personal bases but yet on TV. We all will miss him and yesterday I know it would have been his 55th birthday and I closed my eyes (at work) for a moment and said a prayer for him and his family. It made me feel good. Thank you for your post, you are not alone in your feelings.
