I am unsure as to what you are experiancing in relation to the feelings that you post here. If you could answer the folllowing, then I could have the opportunity to respond accordingly.
A. left out of what?
B. if you are in the cold, where would you be if you were in the warm?
C. What factors cause you to feel left out in the cold?
D. What factors would be needed to be available to you for you to feel not left out in the cold?
E. if you {feel} left out, could it be possible that you are not left out?
F. other aspects not stated, yet
