Dear Phillipa
I believe the Lord does occassionaly visit us
in the spirit realm ( we "see" with our spiritual eyes) in times of great need and extreme stress.
It could very well have been what you needed at the time...to give you the added strength to go on.
It has beenmy experience that these visits happen very infrequently....so consider yourself blessed !
