Thanks Ray. I often find it hard to motivate myself spiritually but I do remember that striving to get closer to God helped my illness. I felt more at peace.
But now I feel more cynical about everything and it's harder not to question.
I am glad your swings are under control...It's amazing that you haven't needed supplements or medication for such a long time...Good for you!L
