I don't know about the rest of you, but I always feel bad when someone gets blocked.
I definately have my own crisis when it comes to religion. I have that age-old problem that I want religion to fit very neatly into my life needs at the time.
I admire people such as rayw and lou for having such strong beliefs and knowledge of how they feel.
I once spoke with a man who converted to Catholicism and asked him if there was any part of the Catecism that he did not believe or follow. His answer to me was that he only diagrees to the point that it doen't go into enough detail. That, to me, is amazing. To have such strong faith must be so comforting.
To believe in a Faith so strongly, shows that some people really do have comfort, support, and guidance from faith as well as, or in spite of a person.
So, to anyone who has been blocked for having such strong beliefs, my heart goes out to you. Stand strong in the fact that you are the one who is stable and strong. However, the rules of this forum are there to protect those of us living in confusion. We need to view alternatives and different theories in order to find our own way to Faith.
