Bookgurl, I don't agree with Lou's stories but that's why this board was created - to let whoever wanted to talk about their beliefs in whatever form they wanted to as long as they were civil. I think Lou's experiences are so real & important to him that this is the best way he can use to share his ideas with others. It's one reason I avoid dicussing it entirely.
If there's something specific you'd like to know about from him, why not put that question forward & ask for his opinion or ideas on just that point alone?
I know you're not putting Lou down personally, but you were hoping for another sort of discussion from him. Perhaps you could steer him in a specific direction if you're interested to know more.
