my first thought however is that you don't have much to stand on without the inner self-worth
my self esteem sucks...
I haven't got any solid ground to stand on
but it feels more complicated than that for me anyways,
like something I have a limited capacity to hold onto
it's funny you know because I have had moments where I feel "OK" (whatever that means), but it's a slippery thing- I like to think of it as my "leaky bucket"-I might not make any sense there, but for now I like that image anyway
