What is the diffrence in loving yourself and self

Sometimes i absolutely say i love everything inside me, my emotions, images come to my head.
Its like around night time, i dance to songs with a microphone with a mirror, ROFL, im serious. You know that song EMF Unbeliveable, and U got the look. It makes me feel great about myself, like i want to do a concert.
But what really is true self esteem, because sometimes i feel down, and bad.
It goes up and down.
Advice?
