I can relate. I have major anxiety. Without the help of medication and the support of a therapist, I wouldn't be able to manage myself.
I can also relate with the need to binge. I am an emotional eater in recovery, if there is such a thing. I've done some major binging. I've done some purging as well. It's not something I'm proud of, but I am proud that I've overcome it. I still emotionally eat here and there, but it's not a constant, everyday, everyhour, everysecond type of fight within me. '

Not to suggest that you NEED medication, but does/did it help?
