I have no direct experience, but the fact that it's so centered on religion worries me. Their site says that they take a non-traditional approach -- which I would worry means evangelical. If that's not a problem for you, it's certainly worth looking into, if you need treatment.
Otherwise, have you checked out the Renfrew Foundation's website? They offer some assistance to people who need treatment and can't afford it. You might qualify for a "scholarship" to a treatment center. Their reputation is great, and if Mercy Ministries isn't for you, Renfrew might be a great starting place.
