I find myself throwing up more now since I started my diet. Yesterday I threw up several times. I don't binge. I feel guilty after eating normal amounts of food. I rationalize purging by saying that I don't do it enough for it to be dangerous to my health.
How can I prevent things like electrolyte inbalances? Can I drink a sports drink for that?
