Being a step parent to grown up kids

My youngest step son is being married this weekend. It's been fraught with huge anxieties by all three siblings about the meeting of the mom vs dad inlaws. I barely know my DH's ex wife. I want this weekend to be for the son and his bride. At this point I think that muzzles and choke chain leashes are in order.

Any advice for this supposedly objective AND supportive step mom? Besides medicating myself as heavily as I can and just stand back and watch the fireworks??
