My 12 year old daughter was riding with my friend in her vehicle when out of no where some drunk person ran into them. The guy who hit them took off running.
Apparantly this guy is in a lot of trouble because he is going to court. They want my 12 year old to testify against him.
She is scared. I told the D.A. that they can come pick me up and put me in jail because my child was not gone to court to testify angainst anyone. I will not put her life in jepordy. He could be a mass murderer.
