I rely heavily on alternatives to help keep my doses of meds low.
For depression, I take coffee, pure cocoa powder green tea, folic acid, b12 and omega 3.
For anxiety, magnesium niacin, rosemary, gaba powder, glycine powder and ginger root help.
I use melatonin for sleep, occasionally.
