q10 helps me. It seems to have a calming / stabilizing effect as well as helping energy to some extent. I have used riboflavin too. It seems to help with sleep. I think riboflavin aids in the synthesis of MAO. This might be of use if one is experiencing an elevation of monoamines from MAO deficiency.
