i find it saddening how people talk about adding more and more to their drug 'cocktail'
one pill for mania, one for depression, one for psychosis, one for the weight gain caused and so onif they say there is a chemical imbalance in the brain and that is a cause,
wat makes u think taking more chemicals wont create more of an imbalanceI have been thru this regimen - drugs doctors hospitals for more than 10 years
ONLY time I felt better was when i stopped medication and treatmentthese drug companies are manipulating healthcare when there are other medicine/health systems out there...
why blindly believe in psychiatry when health professionals don't seem to understand either the condition or the patient...how is your current condition related to your diet?
to your previous history/childhood traumas?
to conflicts with family/friends/significant other?
to stress at work?
to current lifestyle/exercise/recreation?
to finding the wrong doctor?
to physical and physiological issues?
to the neighborhood/community/city/toxicity/pollution?sorry dont want this to sound like a tirade against anyone !
