Mindfulness has been receiving a lot of attention in the media lately. It's been featured on ABC's Nightline, it was on the cover of Time, and The New York Times reported that it's now being taught to US Marines. The Marines have found that they need to practice mindfulness at least 12 minutes a day to maintain their gains. Here are the stories:
