...and the results have been fantastic! I already get 100mgs/day in a time-release b-100 complex. I was feeling down, so I added in an additional 300mgs with 100mgs capsules from vitacost.
So far, so good. A little bit of stomach irritation and I hate 3x daily dosing, but...AWESOME! Just what the (orthomolecular) doctor ordered! More energy, brighter mood, better concentration!
I hope this continues. I may very well ask for an AD just to make sure this "anergic depression" goes away, stat.
