CRASHED OUT BAD ON THE ABOVE (dl-phenylalanine, l-tyrosine) after 3 weeks - had a breakdown. The initial good feeling wore off and was replaced by severe anxiety, depression.

Those supplements aren't recommended (contra-indicated) when over-methylated - see http://digitalnaturopath.com/cond/C376401.html
