Some fat is necessary for a healthy brain. Don't eliminate all fats from your diet. Another good thing is to get enough quality proteins in your diet. Limit the fast food, but you don't have to give it up entirely. Get good fats from nuts, canola oil, olive oil, and a little saturated fat is not a bad thing. Moderation in all things is the key. Don't believe all the hype that everything you eat should be low fat. Some cholesterol is good for the body. Just don't overdo it. Also, fish oil and things like borage oils are good for the body and the heart.
