hey. I just started tocotrienols (100mgs/day) to replace my Propecia. so far, so good.
I don't know how to replace green tea extract w/ grape seed extract. I guess just 1-2 grams taurine+zinc+100-200+ mgs grape seed extract. I'm no expert; I just high dose everything, that's all.
good luck! You might wanna throw in a b-50 or b-100 to bring it all together. Just a thought.
