The idea is that ruins the taste, right?

What they do with these leaves is they pick the top 3 and then roll them up, or so it looks. This means, even if you use boiling water, you can do several extractions, or you can use less and let it steep for longer. You could use cooler water and do multiple extractions, which is what they recommend.

GABA does pass the BBB a little. (What happens to the rest of it? must be doing something.) I wondered if being an organic source (does that mean anything?) would make a difference?
