fish oil I see not all can take it why is this?

Couldn't take the Nordic Naturals Fish Oil. First thought hair getting softer which makes no sense as it's dead. But after a month of one a day kept getting aggitated and I think it was the oil as didn't take yesterday and yesterday better. Hoping today follows suite. But I used to take all supplements no problems. Now B complex aggiates or did haven't tried in a while but take B6 l00-200mg a day. C 2000, magnesium citrate 600m and an algae form of magnesium, strotium, calcium , D for bones. Strange and yes should be on alternative but hoping others with same experiences share.
