It's hard to find a good multi mineral that uses absorbable minerals. I take magnesium glycinate with B's and c. for some it's a miricle cure, I notice it has been a big help to me. I use to take swanson bone essentials and wonder if I should restart it, I'm looking for less bottles in my med cabinet that's why I stopped it
