I have been trying to add a little coffee. It improves my mood and cognition when in a small dose early in the day, but can also sour my stomach. My sleep seems to be o.k. (relatively) if taken early enough.
But after some reading, I found an online source for Kola Nut standardized to 10% caffiene. I was thinking a low dose with food might be better than coffee.
Does anyone know about kola nut?
