my thinking was that maybe the 2-4 grams of omega mood could acts as double or triple due to it's ration to other fats in my impeckably good diet.
You brought up a point that troubles me in my mind and my wallet, high doses of suppliments. I just don't know how I feel about taking high doses. would you say these doses are high? NAC, folate and niacin to me seem high, I also get b12 shots.

magnisium glycinate 800mg
niacin 500mg
SAMe 400-1600mg 3-5 times a week
omega mood 1,500mg epa 225 dha mg
considering adding D3 in winterthat's my cocktail. what do you think of these doses. It took me a couple years of trying different things out, but SAMe is the only one of these I know for sure has a positive effect. I think the NAC is working but can't say for sure. All the others I'm taking in hopes that it will have a positive impact on my life. Doing things to help myself could also have a positive effect on it's own but I hope these suppliments are realy helping me.
