For months, I've been using 200mg of B6 daily, but lately, that dosage has been making me tired, so today, I've lowered the dosage to 150mg per day, and already, I feel better and less tired. From my calculations, I always needed at least 100mg per day, but 150mg is a little better for the depression. If you are thinking of experimenting with B6, I'd say first start off with 50mg per day, then increase as needed until you find the dose that works for you. Good luck!
