Cool..I'm surprised your not taking fish oil. Have you tried it with negative effects?
I've read reports of people growing a dependency to taurine and then having worse anxiety with chronic usage. Just something to keep in mind. Sorry if I'm critiquing your regimen. It's working for you and that's all that matters.
