Since real sunlight is the best source of vita D can you try to get 15minutes or so a day of natural sunlight on your skin. No sunglasses either. Seems from what I've read that with all the cautions of skin cancer and the sun that now we're becoming deficient in vita D. I tried this summer to store some up by letting my legs and arms get direct sunlight later in the day. Hoping that helps. I have a form of D in my ca/mg K, strotium supplement. I'm hoping this works. Good luck on your docs appointment and levels. Phillipa
