Morgan, do you think lithium orotate would help really fast if I went out and bought some tonight? Or do you think ashwagandha might help faster? I tried just about everything I had in my cabinet and still feel desperately depressed and ready to drive to the nearest vitamin store for the things you suggested, which ever might work faster. I am so depressed, I am considering going back to antidepressants, though I know they take time too. I just feel so awful tonight. Thanks again, Morgan
