N-Acetyl-cysteine and Overfocused ADHD

I have seen research on the effects of N-acetyl-cysteine on both compulsive and impulsive behaviors. Does anyone think this substance would be effective for treating overfocused ADHD? If so, what might be an effective dosing range?
