I think more than the gold, aquamarine helped me make better decisions about my nutrient regimen. While wearing it for a few weeks, I decided to completely drop Niacin and lower my vitamin C to 250mg per day instead of 500mg. I wasn't disappointed at all. In fact, I feel better. I think the Niacin was interacting with my medication and lowering the vitamin C actually produced more energy, not less. I owe this to aquamarine (Call me naive if you want) because it helped me to see what I was doing wrong. How can a gemstone do this? I don't know for sure, but that's what I've read about some of its properties on the human body. It helps you see the truth about your life. It helped open my eyes to what I was doing with my regimen. Can it help others? I think so, if you wear it consistently everyday for awhile. Now, I don't wear it so much because I don't really need it. It did its job. Yes, it's a psuedo science, but I think it is relevant for some people.
