Hey Deneb! I find tyrosine awesome for motivation, and the effect increases over time. Today, I was able to take my cat to the vet, cook a fabulous lunch, do the dishes, take the cat to the groomer, go to the library, fill out and mail insurance forms, and call the IRS to get some tax stuff. Now I'm going back to the library to finish some tax stuff and maybe get a book.
A day like this was unthinkable even a month ago. I can't recommend it enough. I'm still tired and headachy, which is par for the course for me, but I'm now able to identify and prioritize tasks, and not only think, hey I should do _______________, but actually just get up and do it. And a lot of this is in the face of being intensely annoyed or facing setbacks, which before would have just had me giving up.
