Lao -

how much zinc do you take a day? I was messing around with different forms - mostly chelated and ended up getting very sick with the flu - which has happened before - possibly due to taking too much although I was careful not to go above 35mg a day. Still - maybe my copper levels are too low now? I doubt it as I still have anxiety/depression problems. CAn't afford to get tested unfortunately.
