Hi Amelia. It occurred to me later yesterday that the Slagle book probably doesn't cover fish oil, which as I'm sure you know, is a popular supplement for use with depression right now. I'm not sure it's one you'd be interested in, but I thought I should bring it up.

OK, I just flipped through my downloaded copy to make sure I didn't give you a bum steer. I do have more reservations about it having done that, though I still think it's as decent a starting point as any. The problem is, although I do have a few more books (most of which I haven't read all the way through -- just the bits and pieces that interested me), none of them stand out as one I can wholeheartedly recommend. What I typically end up doing is looking at multiple sources, including psychobabble.
