Something interesting...someone on the med board recommended I try N-Acetyl Cysteine (I have a bout of pneumonia) for breakup of mucus. I got some tonight and have taken 500mg (one capsule) and it works better than the rx inhaler/puffer they made me pay 50 bucks for. It is doing wonders for reducing my cough and, I know gross but, making me spit up all that crap in my lungs.
So a good well tolerated supplement.
