Threelac is a probiotic used to treat yeast infections. It is claimed that yeast infections can cause depression, anxiety, irritability and lack of energy, and 101 other ailments.

How common yeast infections are and how they affect people's health is somewhat controversial, but I believe I have had a yeast infection for 30 years or so, which I have partly controlled through diet. I have suffered from depression for 10 years, so it has always been in the back of my mind that the yeast infection may be a factor.
Anyway, I have started taking one sachet a day of Threelac. I will probably have to gradually increase to 3, or even 5 sachets to completely rid myself of the yeast infection, and this may take up to 6 months. Benefits will hopefully be felt long before this.
This is only my second day and I am experiencing quite significant die-off symptoms, mainly a heavy brain fog. Hopefully this won't last too long.
Has anyone else used Threelac as a strategy for treating a yeast infection as the underlying cause of their depression or anxiety?
