According to various sources, this post may mainly apply to those with bipolar disorder supplementing with calcium. Other people may benefit from taking calcium at night for insomnia. I just wanted to relate my own experience, as I have bipolar disorder/schizophrenia. As I said, I can only tolerate 300mg of calcium per day. Other people may be able to tolerate a lot more.
