I started taking hemp protein which has a very high mg content. Something like 48% or the RDA in one serving.
I was having some anxiety and took the protein powder and relaxed and was able to sleep for another 45 minutes which is generally impossible for me.
I have taken the protein for about 3 days and have noticed I am quite tired and spacey. Can mg cause spaciness? It seems good for anxiety.
I have noticed that Ca/Mg supplements make me feel worse so I am not sure what is going on here. Thank you
