I wasn't actually suggesting that you change your dosage. Just noting that other meds might multiply the problem.

To get 1 gram of choline, you only have to take 1 tsp. of Choline Chloride (I took 1 to 3 -- Did I mention that it tastes so horrible that just the act of NOT taking it is almost an orgasm in itself?). You may have to consume a lot of lecithin, but if that and the price aren't a problem, I don't see why the effect wouldn't be the same. I could tell in a couple days it was doing something.
