you might get some ideas from my nighttime formula. I take about 1 gram each of Taurine, Inositol, Quercetin, Magnesium and Valerian.
The effect is synergistic from all the ingredients together. I get a huge sense of relief when i lay down in bed about 30 minutes after ingesting. I don't take it durring the day because I need mental alertness, but it may give you some ideas.
