Philippa,
I try to cut out tea .as both green and black contain the same levels of fluoride.
What does vary the fluoride content, is the soil it is grown in, and the water used to water it (fluoridated or not!).
.. but so far I have not been succesful on cutting down much on tea.
I'm hoping this reminder thread will help me!
Yes, 2 bottles of grenn tea may be enough to affect you, but I wouldn't think one bottle would.. if that makes sense..Says I, who has 5 cups of tea a day!
That said, I did cutout fluoridated water, and I do notice the difference from that.. but that was 6 to 10 litres of 1.0-1.5mg fluorosilicates a day!
The fluoride in tea in a more natural form than the chemical added to water I think, so I tell myself it may not be as bad.
BUt I know I do notice a real difference cutting out fluoidated water.. still hypo, but not to the same extent in symptoms I think.. and I think the more tea drinking PLUS the fluoridated water was a big part of my becoming hypothyroid..then add the mercury amalgams in..and a huge amount of stress without supportJan
