just curious what sort of lists people might come up with here.
Mine are:
melatonin, magnesium, riboflavinthat's all i can think of for now...and these are precisely the ones i'd take to cut overstimulation...which makes me wonder why i don't stop taking all of this stuff, except my tiny daily dose of fish oil...
other topics for me would be:
- supplements that screw up your sleep
- supplements that make me excessively hungry (lower my blood sugar, whatever)
