Omega-3/vitamin e ratio

I have recently increased my omega-3 supplementation from 1.5 grams to 2.3 grams and am considering going further to 3 grams.
How much vitamin e should be taken along with a given amount of omega-3 (to prevent lipid peroxidation)?
