broccoli, other green leafy veges..like darker green leaves in lettuces, other green veges I guess too.. would need to check how much is in them, I dont eat grass or algae :)
kelp - one to two inches a day, I get this from the beach and dry it so I hope it doesnt have too many heavy metals etc
sardines - one 100g tin every cuple of weeks on average
pilchards- well I tried a couple again, too strong flavoured..or maybe just too salted fro me how I had them
other fish, crab, seafood, calamari.. yep, if i can get it fresh ( seasonal, like when I catch some or neara trawler, or find some fresh somewhere.. got some good fresh seafood in BN) .. maybe not great sources but must contain a little
kangaroo meat should be real high in it- they eat grass
other grass fed meat.. lamb, beef(non grain fed), milk, cream, butter, cheese
walnuts (yes they also contain omega6's as well as omega 3's... everything does? it's just different ratios)
flaxseed maybe once a week (ground if possible or some whole), if I could get non rancid oil that'd be good
fish oil.. maybe 2 or 3 caps a week max, just as a top up to help bring level up
some omega-3 (DHA?) added in the bread (Omega3 UP) I eat sometimes.. they are trying too get a bit balanced back, a marketing angle
NO idea how much or what my balance is, I'm sure it could be better BUT the main point is the ratio of omega6:omega3 oils , so cutting back on omega6's (like soy oil, sunflower, safflower and other grain based oils ..like margarine etc is just as important if not more so)
I hope my balance is getting there, but I'm sure its still not in the 1:1(ideal) to 1:4 (max) range (omega3:omega6).
