I have not tried it, but I like this formula, for me it has safe ingredients in good forms.

There is another one more complex also.

Dr. Amen has a multi now, but has herbs I think. Also Dr. Ray Sahelian.

Are you vegetarian (M/F?)?. Where do you get iron, B12 from?.
