Depression, How do you know.

Posted by sregan on March 19, 2007, at 12:02:30

I've assumed I have a type of CFS or Fibro but my condition seems to be mainly in my brain but definitely feels like my body.

My condition I can feel wildly different from one day to the next. Yesterday I woke feeling like death but today I feel almost normal. Usually, but not always, I can tell how good of a day I will have about 1 hour after waking up.

I've even had days where I feel good then a few hours later feel awful. I've felt awful then took 1/4 of a .5 klonopin and within 15 minutes felt almost normal. Same with theanine and licorice on a couple of occasions.

Bascially my condition has been very dynamic. I've become very suspect to food intolerance.

Does this sounds like Depression to any of those who know what it feels like or a biological (glands/etc) condition?
