Um, I took the phosphate version because I was on the psycho-babble sight and Magnesium Citrate was suggested, and I happened to have some Phosphate form in my house from a homeopathic kit, so I tried it, and it was nearly instant calm. That's why I use it. It's only been a week but It still gives the calm...
