SJW is a blood thinner. I got tinnitus from ginkgo and SJW probably due to the fact they are blood thinners.
I wouldn't worry to much about glutuamate uptake because after you take into account the gaba uptake and serotonin uptake etc is the net effect really going to drive the glutamate to neurotoxic levels ?
