I've been looking at this bottle of DHEA trying to get up the courage to try it. I did have some tests done. Both cortisol and DHEA are extremely low and my doc says my adrenals are exhausted.
I tried pregnanalone and I swear on the very first day it made me feel worse than I already was. It scared me enough that I didn't retry it.
The thing that scares me is that I have read reports from other people where they actually got real depressed almost right away from DHEA or got bad anxiety or something weird. I mean, I know mileage varies and stuff happens. Maybe I could just take a 25mg cap and dump most of it out and try just a little bit and go from there.
I guess with DHEA some people do real well and some do real bad, and it often does not matter what their DHEA levels were to begin with.
